Greiner, Sheriff of Wood County, and the Wood County Deputy Sheriffs' Civil Service Commission (Commission) from the July 29, 1988 decision of the Wood County Circuit Court which reversed a prior decision of the Commission that affirmed the sheriff's dismissal of the appellee, Ronald G.
