MURPHY, Justice.

Otis Cleveland Galloway appeals his misdemeanor conviction for driving while intoxicated ["DWI"]. Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 6701l -1 (Vernon Supp.1989). Appellant pled not guilty to the jury, which found him guilty as charged. The court assessed punishment at fifteen days confinement in the Harris County jail and a $500 fine. Appellant raises two points of error challenging the use of two oral statements he made to the police...
