PER CURIAM.

In the General Election held November 8, 1988, the people of Arkansas adopted Ark. Const, amend. 66 which created the Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission. The general assembly adopted Act 637 of 1989 expanding upon the provisions of the amendment and stating, as permitted by the amendment, the grounds for suspension and removal of judges.
