HILL, Justice.

Rhonda Salazar Gamboa appeals her conviction by a jury of the offense of driving while intoxicated. Her punishment was assessed by the court at seventy-two hours confinement in the Denton County jail, a fine of $300, and suspension of her driver's license for ninety days.
