Defendant, Robert Burnett (Burnett), appeals from an order of the circuit court of Peoria County granting a preliminary injunction to plaintiffs, Lester Berry Smith (Smith) and Smith, Waters, Kuehn, Burnett & Hughes, Ltd. (SWKB & H). The order restrained Burnett, an attorney, from soliciting clients for workers' compensation and personal injury cases in most Illinois counties....
