JENNINGS, Judge.

Timothy Wright was a long haul truck driver for Nashville Trucking. He also worked as a "relief driver" for Tyson Foods, Inc. In the early morning hours of February 7, 1986, Wright was killed in a collision, while driving a Tyson truck loaded with chickens.

His widow, Susan Wright, the appellant, filed a workers' compensation claim for death benefits. The Commission found that, at the time of his death, Wright was an employee of Tyson Foods...
