This case arises out of a motor vehicle collision which occurred on March 6, 1983, near Carterville, Georgia. Plaintiffs and plaintiff's decedent are/were residents of Warren, Michigan. Defendant is an Ohio corporation having its principal place of business in Ohio. Plaintiffs assert claims for personal injury and wrongful death.
