MACK, Associate Judge:

Appellant Anthony Joseph Artisst challenges his conviction, after a trial by jury, of unlawful entry. He contends that the government presented insufficient evidence to sustain the conviction and that he was denied a fair trial because a juror, on voir dire, failed to disclose that she knew him. We find that the evidence was sufficient to support the conviction, but that the trial court erred in failing to pursue appellant's suggestions at trial...
