James Eddins appeals from the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to A.R.Crim.P.Temp. 20. In his petition, Eddins attacks the validity of his December 9, 1986, conviction for theft of property in the first degree, his sentence of 15 years' imprisonment, and his $10,000 fine.
