PER CURIAM.

Rule 7(A) of the Rules of Professional Conduct is hereby amended to read as follows (the newly inserted words appearing in italics):

Complaints Investigated—Committee May File Court Complaints

(A) The Committee shall investigate all complaints of professional misconduct that may be brought to its attention in the form of an affidavit, or in respect of which any member of the Committee may have information, or upon complaint...
