OPINION
DOUGLAS O. TICE, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court upon the objections of Brown & Company Securities Corporation (the "creditor") and the chapter 13 trustee to the confirmation of the debtor's chapter 13 plan. These objections raise several confirmation issues; however, the only remaining objection is based upon the contention that the debtor's total unsecured indebtedness exceeds the statutory limit of $100,000.00.
