This is an appeal from the February 26, 1988 judgment of the Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas denying defendant-appellant Jack W. Osborne's motion to suppress.

Appellant sets forth the following assignment of error:

"The trial court committed prejudicial error by denying appellant's motion to suppress where the appellant was unlawfully detained in violation of Article I, Section 14 of the Ohio Constitution and the Fourth Amendment...
