PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals as of right his conviction by jury of breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305, and being an habitual offender, sixth offense, MCL 769.12; MSA 28.1084. Defendant was originally sentenced to imprisonment of three to ten years but that sentence was vacated and defendant was sentenced to seven to fifteen years as an habitual offender. We affirm.
