Appellant was convicted of the offense of aggravated sexual assault and a jury assessed punishment at 13 years in the Texas Department of Corrections. V.T.C.A., Penal Code, § 22.021. On direct appeal the conviction was reversed after the Court of Appeals held that the trial court abused its discretion by excluding from evidence the results of the complainant's medical examination...
