This is an appeal by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) from an award of attorneys fees to Robert A. Aronson under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(4)(E). Aronson and another attorney prosecuted the action in the district court. A third attorney handled the appeal.
