Roundy's, Inc. (Roundy's) appeals from a judgment awarding damages to Vincent R. Little, Sr. for the breach of his deferred-compensation employment contract. On appeal, Roundy's argues that Little's employment contract was void as against public policy or because it contains an in terrorem agreement.
