THIS MATTER is before the Court on an Objection to Confirmation of the Debtors' Chapter 13 Plan and an Objection to Discharge of certain criminal penalties and fines in the Chapter 13 case. The Objections were filed by the Larimer County Court, through the Colorado Attorney General's Office.
