Appellant was convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to sell. A juvenile confidential informant approached a police officer and told him that a black Haitian male wearing a blue shirt and a hat was supplying him with cocaine to sell. The officer went to the location indicated by the confidential informant and approached appellant as he was leaning in the passenger window of a car.
