Plaintiffs appeal as of right from a circuit court order dismissing their complaint for no cause of action. We affirm.

Plaintiffs sought to subdivide their real property known as the Plat of Four-Way Lodge, which property extends to the middle of East Torch Lake Drive in Antrim County.
