This disciplinary matter on review from the Kentucky Bar Association [KBA] involves former Daviess District Judge Thomas F. Hardesty. The KBA charged Hardesty with multiple counts of violating the Code of Professional Responsibility, in particular Disciplinary Rules 1-102(A)(3), (4), (5) and (6), and 8-101(A)(3).
