KALITOWSKI, Judge.

Respondent Jessie James Anderson was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (crack/cocaine) with intent to distribute a controlled substance. After an omnibus hearing, the trial court granted respondent's motion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant and ordered the charges against him dismissed, on the basis that there had been no probable cause for the issuance of the search warrant....
