Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, the motion is granted, and the complaint is dismissed.

The parties herein were married in 1967, and had one child who was born in 1968. On January 8, 1981, the parties entered into a separation agreement which provided, inter alia, for child support of $125 per week, and the payment of $100,000 to the plaintiff.
