McCLUNG, Justice.

Malvin Johnson appeals from a conviction of murder for which the jury assessed punishment at sixty years' confinement. In his first three points of error, Johnson urges that the trial court erred in: admitting an extraneous offense into evidence; permitting a defense witness to be improperly impeached; and allowing testimony that a motion to revoke Johnson's probation in another case had been filed.
