Court of Appeals of Virginia.

May 2, 1989.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Ronald Wayne Fahy, Richmond, on brief, for appellant.

Richard A. Conway (Mary Sue Terry, Richmond, on brief), for appellee.
