Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

May 22, 1989

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

As the defendant received the sentence which he had been promised, he should not now be heard to complain that it is excessive (see, People v Kazepis, 101 A.D.2d 816). In any event, we find that the sentence is a proper exercise of the court's discretion (see, People v Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80).
