Appellant Hutchison, plaintiff below, seeks review of a judgment entered upon directed verdict in favor of appellee/defendant Bilodeau after a jury verdict in favor of appellant. Because we find that there was sufficient evidence offered at trial upon which the jury could legally render a verdict for appellant, we reverse.
