Plaintiff First Bank-Billings appeals from a jury verdict and subsequent judgment entered October 1, 1987 in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, awarding defendant Clark $16,398.95 for costs and reasonable attorney's fees and $100,000 compensatory damages on his counterclaim for damages resulting from the Bank's breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing and commission of constructive fraud.
