Douglas Dale Womack was convicted of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, and robbery in the first degree. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on each conviction, the rape and sodomy sentences to be served consecutively, and the robbery sentence to be served concurrently with the sodomy sentence. He raises two issues on appeal.
