On August 3, 1987, Whitney J. Sinegal, Jr. filed this worker's compensation suit against his former employer, Louisiana Blasters, Inc., and its insurer, Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, after Aetna terminated his temporary total disability benefits in February of 1986.
