Court of Appeals of Virginia.

May 2, 1989.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Mark Richard Tolland, for appellant.

Linwood T. Wells, Jr., Asst. Atty. Gen. (Mary Sue Terry, Atty. Gen., Jan F. Hoen, Third-year law student, on brief), for appellee.

Present: BENTON, COLEMAN and DUFF, JJ.
