McCLUNG, Justice.

Lakeland Plaza Joint Venture sued Sam Kartalis to recover operational costs and cash calls claimed to be due pursuant to a joint venture agreement. After a non-jury trial, the trial court granted judgment in favor of Lakeland for $15,188.60 damages, $2,976 prejudgment interest, and $5,000 attorney fees, post judgment interest and court costs.
