The question in this case is whether a debtor in possession should be permitted to assume certain contracts with an agency of the United States government. Finding that the contracts are executory and assumable by the Debtor, the Court renders this Opinion as its findings of fact and conclusions of law under Bankruptcy Rule 7052.
