Appellants appeal the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of the City and dismissing their complaint with prejudice. We affirm.
In 1982, a new land use code was adopted in Seattle liberalizing zoning requirements. The new code permitted development of any number of substandard lots, regardless of common ownership of adjacent lots.
