For failure to establish personal jurisdiction over a New York corporation and three residents of New York, a judge of the Superior Court dismissed the complaint against those defendants.2 See Mass.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), 365 Mass. 755 (1974). We conclude that application of the Massachusetts long arm statute, G.L.c. 223A, § 3(a), (c), & (d), places two of those defendants under the jurisdiction of Massachusetts...
