Respondent Darrin S. Bruegge was employed as a mechanic by petitioner Fairfield Toyota, Inc. As part of his job, it was necessary for Bruegge to road test dealer and customer cars. In June 1985 Fairfield Toyota received notice from its insurance company indicating its coverage of Bruegge was in jeopardy.
