BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

Appeal from an order revoking probation. Appellant had previously pleaded guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance. The indictment, in summary, set forth that Cecil T. Kelley, III, and another defendant, acting together, did then and there, on or about July 27, 1986, intentionally and knowingly possess a controlled substance, to-wit: methamphetamine in an amount, by aggregate weight, including adulterants...
