PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal by the state from a civil judgment entered against the Department of Corrections (DOC) for $200,000. Terrance Parker was killed when he was involved in a collision with a vehicle driven by a state DOC employee. Parker's widow sued the DOC as personal representative of her husband's estate and also sued individually as the surviving spouse. A final judgment was entered in the amount of $250,000 against the DOC in her favor. The DOC moved...
