Appellant Marlene R. Olesen filed a complaint in St. Louis County District Court alleging that her husband, Alvin C. Olesen (decedent), breached an oral contract the parties had entered to make mutual irrevocable wills. Respondent Betty Pedersen Manty, the personal representative of decedent's estate, denied the existence of a contract and moved for summary judgment.
