HOUSTON, Justice.

Plaintiffs, James and Wanda Altiere, appeal from a summary judgment for the defendant, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama ("Blue Cross"), on the Altieres' claims for breach of contract and bad faith refusal to pay an insurance claim under a health benefit plan administered by Blue Cross. We affirm.
