OPINION

BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

A jury convicted Appellant of the misdemeanor offense of reckless conduct under TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. sec. 22.05 (Vernon 1989). The jury assessed a fine of $500.00 in punishment against Appellant.
