This appeal concerns the disposition of miscellaneous personal property seized at the situs of a cockfight. On May 2, 1987, twenty sheriff's deputies raided a farm property belonging to Robert and Mary West and arrested fifty-nine people. Property taken from the farm at that time by the sheriff was the subject of a forfeiture hearing held on November 17, 1987.
