Mark Haeberle brings this appeal from a judgment of the Boyd Circuit Court sitting without jury.

The facts are these: On July 14, 1980, appellant, then a resident of Georgia, obtained a $75,000 loan from Citicorp Person to Person Financial Center, Inc. (Citicorp).
