OPINION

DUNN, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant of delivery of more than 200 but less than 400 grams of cocaine and assessed punishment at 50 years confinement and a fine of $100,000.

Undercover officers met appellant at an auto body shop. They told appellant they wanted to buy $10,000 worth of cocaine. Appellant told them that he would get the cocaine if the officers gave him the money. The officers responded that they were afraid that appellant...
