MEMORANDUM OPINION

BLOCH, District Judge.

Appellee/debtor Henry D. Chedrick filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy in March, 1985. At that time, he included in his debt schedules a contractual debt to his former wife, appellant Malinda Chedrick. This contractual debt arose out of a "Postnuptial Agreement" (the Agreement) into which the Chedricks entered at the time of their divorce in 1983.
