STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant-appellant, William J. Walden (Walden), was convicted by a Ripley Circuit Court of receiving stolen property, a Class D felony under IND. CODE 35-43-4-2(b). From an enhanced sentence of four years, he appeals.

We reverse.
