STEFFEN, Judge:

James R. Dredge, a correctional sergeant employed by the Nevada Department of Prisons (NDOP), was terminated for misconduct involving off-duty driving under the influence of alcohol and associating with an ex-inmate. The former conduct resulted in Dredge's arrest.
