RICHARDSON, Presiding Judge.

Defendant appeals two convictions for driving under the influence of intoxicants. O.R.S. 813.010. He contends that the court erred in imposing conditions of probation that he pay restitution, fines and the cost of his court-appointed attorney. We affirm.1
