Hughie P. Agerton pled guilty to charges of driving with a suspended driver's license, possession of marijuana, giving a false name to a police officer, failing to maintain no-fault insurance, and displaying an improper license plate. The trial court sentenced him to 12 months in prison, 4 months to be served, and fined him $1,930.
