SHORT, Judge.

Stanley M. Davis appeals the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of several brokerage houses and an officer of one of the brokerage houses. Appellant claims that (1) there are fact issues in dispute which preclude summary judgment and (2) the trial court erred in denying his motion to amend his complaint. Respondents argue that the trial court abused its discretion in denying their request for fees and costs. We reverse...
