Schmitz, from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Hancock County, in favor of defendants, Blanchard Valley OB-GYN, Inc., Emil C. Zeigler, M.D., George V. Hassink, M.D., Allan T. Tong, M.D., and Joseph A. Weingates, M.D., employees of Blanchard Valley OB-GYN, Inc.
